OPEN-CELL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Originally developed for Kensington Temple in London, this training programme can be applied to any church situation. It covers “open cell” leadership training. These are the regular cell groups in which church members and those who are interested in following Jesus can discover more about him, grow and become disciples of Christ.
This training programme is best conducted by experienced cell group leaders. It is designed for use in small groups of those who have been selected to train to become cell leaders within the leadership and accountability structures of a local church.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT HANDBOOK
Practical Training for new cell leaders (open cell groups). Step by step instruction, discussion and training in major aspects of cell leadership.
VISION HANDBOOK
A survey of the principles that undergird the vision of a cell-based church. This handbook focusses on the biblical values upon which Cell Church is founded.
LOG BOOKS AND TRACKER
The Log Books are supervised by the trainers and help trainees record their progress by tracking the major competencies they master along their leadership journey.

Colin Dye is available by special request to present the Cell Vision according to the Model of 12 and offer teaching seminars, mentorship and encouragement as you implement this leadership development programme.
